Name: Raistlin Tenebris Sex: Male Age: 27 Skin: Slightly tanned Hair: Dark Red Height: 5'10" Build: Slightly Muscular Shadows of the past Raistlin grew up in a peaceful village together with his parents, two brothers and one sister. He always cherished the small things in life and was an ambitious and cheery little fella. But that all changed when his village was attacked and his family brutally murdered by a savage group of marauding bandits. The reason Raistlin survived was because of his father standing in front of Raistlin and taking the spear to his gut. When his father's corpse fell ontop of him Raistlin was paralyzed with fear, hearing his kin getting slaughtered and the town getting torched. When the loud noises stopped Raistlin pushed his father's corpse aside and went to check on his other kin, only to find their still burning corpses. Raistlin fell to his knees feeling sick knowing that his life was over. Right at that moment a voice spoke to Raistlin, that said: If you had been stronger this would've been avoided. I can give you power but only if you embrace the shadows, the darkness hiding within you. Raistlin replied: How? The voice: Go west from here, keep on travelling until you find a mercenary band. Join them and offer your services. Travel with them and when you are older I will give you power. Raistlin replied: What if they don't accept me? The voice: They already know of your arrival. Raistlin took the advice that the voice gave him and scavanged for some supplies before leaving his burned village. Raistlin eventually joined up with the mercenaries where he trained and fought alongside them for 10 years. After those 10 long years he heard the voice again. It said: The time has come for you to reach out to the power within you Raistlin. Feel the power of darkness that flows within your veins. Raistlin felt agonizing pain in his body as if he was being drained of all life, he thought he was going to die. Then the pain stopped and he felt a new emotion within his body... Power was overflowing and the tension made him fall to his knees. He spoke one last sentance before he fainted :May the power of darkness guide my way. When Raistlin woke back up he was in a strange city... He asked for the name of the city from a local and he said it was called: Sinifer City... //OOC Character lights: RP will tell....
