A woman of a modestly tall height, stretching to slightly over 5'8" with her boots on and 5'6" barefooted; Syaria Vedek's features represent a pinnacle of the exotic beauty. Her nose, with a subtle concaved shape, is elegant yet somewhat long. Almond-shape hooded eyes hold irises primarily hazel or amber in color, though the pupil of her right eye has a bloody red shadow surrounding it, discoloring it in a highly disconcerting fashion. She covers much of her face behind make-up painted both beautifully and skilfully, serving to accentuate the natural olive tone of her skin and amplify her already charming features.


Her hair, a deep rich brown that can appear black in dim light and takes on mild mahogany hilights in the sun, is often elaborately decorated with jewels, clips and combs. Both her ears have multiple piercings and bear breathtakingly intricate jewelry, and a thin golden chain connects her left ear to her pierced nose.
