Faintly slanted eyes marked by the blood red of infravision are the first thing one notices when looking upon this figure. They jewel a face that bears all the handsome hallmarks of elven grace - sharp, acquiline features, a slender but chiseled jawline. a sloping brow and tall beautifully shapen ears ending in elfin points. His lips, however, seem fuller than the average elven fare of thinness, though their pretty lines that frame the plush flesh and sharp and hard. All of this is coated in skin the colour of obsidian, lending him that nefarious darkness immediately associable with all drow.

So too is his hair typical of his race; his flowing hair is almost impossibly white, with a silvery sheen in certain lighting. It generally hangs as it naturally is, and as the wind is wont to style it, though a single braid always decorates the back - its white colouring often painted a dull red for reasons that are obscure to you.

Though he is obviously drow, were the tell-tale features not visible you might guess otherwise. Taller and broader than the average drow male, who are among the most diminuitive of all elves, this man's body is an impressive mass of handsomely shapen muscle wrapped around a slender frame. Despite this, he loses none of the dextrous and unearthly grace of his kin, one would simply associate his stature more readily with the more hardy wood elves before the drow.

His midnight coat of obsidian colored skin is marred in several places by proudly-worn battlescars, and streaking vertical scars from the lash make a criss-crossing latticework upon his back.

He has a warrior's bearing, and one worn without shame, it seems. He is a picture of disciplined stoicism, every movement intentioned and precise. This remarkable restraint is easily betrayed by his eyes though. Those almond-shaped spider's eyes swim with a fury that is almost startling, a deep font of raging emotion that seems masterfully held at bay.

Handsome even if his demeanour is thoroughly unwelcoming, Solaufein's hands are never far from his weapons.
