The first prototype version of Skurges newest creation was a complete failure. This creature acted nothing like it was supposed to forcing the demonic inventor to toss him out like the trash. The only reason he was even left alive is because though he was a total failure he was still pretty functiona and impressivel.

He basically is what you see (Ignore any breasts on clothing models they don't exist.) originally designed to be the epitamy of a pure shemale Sam v.1 was scrapped due to his pure dominant nature and bisexuality long before he was given his breast implants (as you would see on v.2) and tossed aside long before his second version came along.
