He is a darkskinned man in seemingly simple clothes, his figure uninteresting. If he speaks, his voice booms out, gentle but with the authority of a Bishop to his flock. His presence however is not graced with a divine aura.

Instead, his footsteps crackle with an arcane hum, his actions carrying out the will of an insane mind.

Observant individuals may notice that his wings seem unusually stiff, and his feathers are so shiny, they seem weighed down by oil. You may also see a brooch of two metallic hands bound with red string, hidden away behind a fold of his cloak.
