Aw, it's a little kobold. Standing at only 2'6, he's quite small. He has a long, floppy nonprehensile tail, large beady eyes. His scales are kept very clean and well cared for, groomed to perfection.

His demeanor carries little of what a normal kobold would be like, he seems friendly, perhaps overly so. His tail wags rapidly when he's excited. His voice sounds rather high pitched for a kobold, and bears little of a hissing accent. He seems to have trouble pronouncing his 'R's. Overall, he might even seem cute to some, in a weird puppy-lizard kind of fashion.
