Jay seems to go about his day with a little smile on his face as though amused even by mundane situations. He is generally relaxed and cheerful. His long blonde hair flows carefree though he does seem well groomed, with cleanly maintained stubble. He has deep green eyes and he usually dresses in green as well to emphasize them.
He carries himself with good posture emphasized by his powerfully muscled frame. Over all he is burly with a strong back that you only get from years of hard work. The callouses on his rough hands would indicate hard work as well.
Despite these indicators that he is a manual laborer, the green clothes he dresses in appear to be of fine quality. He does occasionally sport a royal looking piece of jewelry such as a gold and emerald necklace or rings inlaid with diamonds.

He built his muscles and his fortunes on the seas, working hard as a sailor for many years before switching to a more land based side of the shipping industry. Clearly now having found success for himself he still seems to enjoy putting in that hard work from time to time and can be seen sometimes working loading heavy crates onto ships by the Saban dockyard.
