In the underdark, slavery is practiced, loved and expected.

There are those who are destined to lead, and those who are destined to be a dirty, no good slave to whomever desires them to be. Those who are slaves have their house names stricken from the record, their clothing ripped off except for the thinnest of rags, and are flung to their owner, whom will use them till they are useless to them...and as soon as they become useless? they are flung out into the surface. Blind, confused, nearly naked.

Shi'ntel was of house Melndar, born with intention to become the matron. Not that she -ever- knew of this. Quite literally three seconds after her birth, her mother was assassinated, as was her father...and most of her family. Because of this, she was immediately removed from her house and given to the first person who would give a damn.

That person -barely- gave a damn, and groomed her to be, quite literally, a sex slave from birth. Her entire life has been nothing but pleasure, depravity and servitude...but even with her life being of this nature, she was never enthusiastic about it...she was -shy-, meek even...and the idea of sex scared her, even after the thousandth time someone had made use of her body.

Needless to say, her matron got fed up...and she was thrown to the surface.

Physiology

Skinny, even for a drow, she could stand to use a decent meal. Also, very wiry and weak looking, one would not expect much out of her in a fight either. She does, now that she is on the surface, seem a tad happier, even if she is wandering around without any form of footwear on. Of course, she also has that trademark ebon skin, gentle green eyes and rather long ears, even for a drow, pointed beautifully within her white hair.

Anyone who happens to look at her straightaway, though, is going to find her shying away and shivering. Shows of even the most remote dominance tend to instill a sense of fear in the poor girl.
