Yngvar is a thug.

Basically, he is just a thug.  He lacks the wits and the personality to be a true leader.  But he can hurt things.  A lot.

This, in larger part, is why he has 'left' his tribe.  After one too many drunken brawls that ended up with his cheiftains daughter dishonoured and his son maimed, Yngar thought it best to depart.

He displays a certain cunning when it comes to battle and his physical traits make him a superb warrior.  Just don't ask him to strategise or manage a siege train.

He is impressively tall for a human, just on seven feet tall.  Thick with rolling musculature, massive biceps and shoulders, he wields his greataxe with smooth ease.

Naked, he is criss-crossed with scars... slashes, nicks, puncture wounds, bites... very much any form of physical damage, he has endured.  He is not excessively hairy, nor does he 'trim', with his thick manhood hanging below a thatch of coarse, dark pubes, betwixt his muscular thighs.
