Marlamin The Bard

Portrait
Description
This wood elf seems to walk with a lightness in his step. A seemingly breezy attitude towards life and his surroundings indicated not only by that carefree walk but also by a near on constant look of blissful serenity - his white teeth often showing in the trademark smile of the lazily contented. He speaks, as one might expect in a mirthful, melodious tone that however joyous it might be rarely manages to become overbearing. Rather, it is calm, collected. His face is angular, yet, seems less so due to his serene and joyful air.

His skin carries, as that of most wood elves, a coppery tone, a traditional feature of his kind that contrasts with one that is more rare, his blonde hair. That blonde, luxurious hair spills over his shoulders in long tresses, framing the oval amulet depicting a goblet filled with grapes - a symbol some might recognize as the hallmark of the elven diety Alobal Lorifil the reveler. The amulet in turn is fashioned out of wood, the shape of the goblet formed by a continous inlay of silver, the grapes in turn represented by inlaid gemstones. Besides this ornate holy symbol, there is not a single piece of metal to be found upon his person, his clothes fashioned out of fine nettle cloth, woven in such a way that it leaves a swelling pattern - like leaves waving in the wind upon his green and otherwise rather unassuming elven coat.

This elf, contrary to the preference of many of his peers also seems to eschew the use of leather. The only article fashioned therof he carries being a small wineskin strapped to the front of his belt.
