Well dressed and well spoken, Doctor Morgan Manshack is clearly a man of refined taste. His clothing usually consist of black silk and leather with just the right amount of lace. Armed with a beautiful rapier and a flint lock pistol he appears every inch the pirate the whispers in dark places claim. When he speaks his soft voice and genteel accent along with his careful choice of words reveal him to be a man of both education and learning.

A careful observer might make note the  many pieces of unusual jewelry he wears, the ring on his left hand a heavy gold band bearing an eagle with two heads forged in platinum. In his right ear usually concealed by his hair, is a black five pointed star shaped earring. The stone when exposed to light seems to drink it in. The ring upon his right hand at first glance appears to be a simple gold wedding band but a closer look would reveal a symbol etched into the soft gold band. A triangle who's point is directed toward his fingernail bearing inside it's lines a symbol resembling but clearly not the number 7.

Attached to his vest is a gold chain that hangs in a short loop before disappearing into a pocket. It doesn't take an observer long to see the magnificent gold watch attached to that chain as he often checks the time or perhaps he looks at the miniature portrait inside the lid.

An observer may note five gleaming needles set into the handle of the rapier he is never without. They are placed in such a way as to make using the weapon impossible without inflicting injury. The scabbard is metal and is engraved with depictions of the sun and moon as well as a hammer and perhaps a 24 inch gauge scaled down so as to fit on the scabbard.
