What you see is what appears to be a young, foreign male of kara-turan decent. This of course only evident when seeing him without his helm, or other head covering. When he speaks it is always with a thickly accented common tongue.
If asked why or how he arrived in the place known as Sinfar, he will say by boat, hired on as a deckhand. As to the why he'll say to prove himself, to master the arts of his people, to hone his blade to that of a pure samurai.
