This man looks at you through a mask that covers two thirds of his face. The mask looks like skin, pale, withered, and until you get close you can't decide whether it is a hard surface or raw flesh. If he sees you looking he'd offer a chilling smile in your direction, then turn his face back to whatever he was doing, and making it harder for you to guess.
