Rowan's no small man, carrying a build that combines muscle with agility. He doesn't look young with the hint of grey to his hair, but seems in a sense ageless. More often than not, he would hold a predatory expression upon his features, calculating and dangerous.

Rowan carries no visible weapons and generally is seen in looser clothes, his trousers suspended by a simple belt and his coat easily shrugged off. His attire has a definite degree of wear to it, patched here and there and torn lightly in other places.

To those that carry a keen sense of smell, he smells like a wolf might, with some subtle differences that might make one's hair bristle. Overall, he looks like a rather gruff and somewhat dour man, often displaying more predatory mannerisms without quite falling into savageness entirely.

His chest is battle-worn and scarred in many places, most seemingly from claws of one variety or another. The most distinguished would be a jagged two-claw wound along his lower side, seemingly old and yet still not as healed as it should be.
