This individual is most likely an elven female. Any feminine shapes she possesses are rather hard to make out under the often many-layered, immaculately crafted pieces of clothing. When the sun is high in the sky, and even when the clouds rest like a thick blanket over the isles, she wears a set of large, darkly tinted goggles as well as a mask which covers most of her features. This is why it might be hard to identify her as a dark elf immediately. It is not before she opens her masked lips to speak that her heritage becomes rather evident, due to a noticeable accent with sharp consonants, short vowels and a tone that perhaps only is deemed pleasant if she is straining to seem this way.

Either secured to her heavy utility belt of roguish tricks or strapped to each thigh, there are two sleekly black knives of elegant, quite obvious ilythiiri design. The hilts carry the runes 'Ditronw' and 'Zet', and seem to be well maintained and surely deadly in the right situations. It is apparent that Vier'idil is not very likely to take her victim on in an open duel, if she truly wishes to take it down. Her grasp on the artful movements of a shadow-walker is owned to perfection, and if she is out in the open, she is most likely only acting on her sporadic hotheadedness. However, she is more often deliberately calm, giving observers the sense of a conscious choice to her actions.
   
If the thick goggles she wears are removed, two traditionally almond-shaped eyes can be seen. The hue is only a little unconventional for one of her kind, but it is not as if she is a freak of nature for having pale, smoky blue pools for irises. When she utilizes her infra-red vision, her usually starkly black pupils take a reddish hue.
   
Often, she wears a large brooch to keep her scarf or cape in place, and it is made from polished, dark adamantine. Not very long ago she wore a very different and very old insignia, but ever since she swore into the ranks of house Kalan'ervs, she only wears their sigil.

Vier'idil has kept many animal companions, and the most favoured seems to be rats, even if they only live a few years. Although the drow obviously judges other humanoids harshly and frequently, she has been known to take good care of her animals. The fat rat, Nempori, can sometimes be seen climbing about on her shoulders, his beady black eyes fixed on whomever she talks to or silently observes.

Like most ilythiiri, she has a predisposition for haughty behaviour. Vier'idil is of course no exception to the rule about this xenophobic subrace of elves, and she often expresses this when dealing with the "lesser" beings. The fact that she vocalizes it often, in a horribly unsubtle way, is perhaps what renders it less elegant and traditional than with others of her profession and bloodline. The "silver tongue" of her kind is not strong with her.
