[At A Glance]
Skin: Dark (blue tint) Hair: White Eyes: Yellow-red Build: Frail Race: Drow [Indepth] Easily overlooked (moreso by the females who dominate her society) this scrawny thing of a drow naturally blends into the background partly thanks to the silence that shrouds her. It's difficult to confirm her gender and at times she's bundled up enough to make it impossible. Shorter than most all purebred drow her size gives an impression of fragility that could be mistaken as her being malnourished. In truth born a runt and the last of her mother the infant somehow managed to survive in Lolth's cruel world long enough to grow older (and useful). Those who gaze longer and closer realize that she is literally blending into the background, dark skin bleeding into shadows around her that are a touch darker and longer in her presence. It's quite possible she 'carries' shadows with her since she's never seen without one around whatever the lighting of any area. A sensitivity to the sun is evident, creases of pain appearing on her face if forced to look towards any lighting no matter how subtle. When reacting to a light source she still holds her habit of keeping her red eyes a tad too wide open. The red is muddy in colour, a mixture of sickly yellow giving a wide ring of orange that also clouds the sight of her pupils. Her doe sized eyes are deeper set than those of her sisters, lashes thick enough to ensure a permanent dark ring around her eyes that could similarly be taken as sickly or simply a side effect of a preference for no light. Were she truly sickly to this day than she was granted, at least, an attractive face for it that normally told of higher born blood in Underdark society. Her elven ears are longer and wider, giving a sharp point that brings to mind the common slur "knife-ears". Many of her features are likewise sharp with a touch of round softness that only comes from youth. Built thin with longer limbs that were undoubtedly awkward at one point she now only smoothly curves her body with graceful, elfish movements. Having the body of a young adult, both movements and personality speak of an elder drow's experience. Under the shadows the blue tint to her skin helps hide any uncovered blemishes marking her. The muscles along her body are surprisingly well formed within her petite frame, the layout showing a gymnast's training. Left without much body fat the curves of her breasts and bottom remain near non-existent. Adopting vastly different wardrobes the same as her personalities, she takes little care to hide the various faces that she shows different people. Only a spark of interest is required to notice some of the inconsistencies she flaunts. Owning as many sets of masks as spiders have eyes she shares a number of traits in common to the vermin going as unnoticed as herself. The one condition that all her clothing meets is the ability to stretch with her own body well enough to not limit her mobility or flexibility. Her most iconic outfit is suitable for combat, travel and everyday wear consisting of dull burgundy colours trimmed in solid black stylized pieces of obsidian. A loose head shawl drapes over her head held in place via transparent veil drooping across the lower half of her face. Fabric covers the majority of her bare skin, gloves hooked over her thumb and pinky fingers, black chords tightening up different locations along arms, back and legs. Multiple bags and countless more daggers, each baring a unique hilt and sheathe (and probably blade), can be seen nestled amongst the folds of her clothing. Around her waist are instruments set in transparent hostlers the same style as her veil that allow their designs to show. There are mainly smaller instruments in the classes of wind and string such as a flute and harp. Immediately apparent is the fact that she never lifts her silence; not with word, not with gesture and not with any steps. Only her instruments allow any noise to generate from the small drow. Instead, she is impressive at lip reading/speaking, various gestures and writing things down quickly. Her writing has a very recognizable style, almost overdone with the various flowery loops that make it like reading an artstyle- meaning some fail at times to recognize the script unless well-red in whatever language she chooses to use. The most striking feature of this drow wouldn't be readily seen as her hair is often down up in intricate patterns that hide the length. When the true thickness and length is learned it's clear that such a task would be impossible, especially for someone like herself. The answer to this riddle commonly crawls along a part of the drow. Spiders of different species are often in her presence, at times ones small enough to be near unnoticeable. It isn't hard to spot the fact of their presence, though. Complex webs not only feature across her hairstyles but sewn into the very clothing she wears. She is not often the one to approach others, uncertain in such situations or content in the equally mute company of her spiders. A single sigil can be found on her if searched for, a rather odd symbol of a moon crossed with a sword and mace and a seemingly undead black widow spider set in the middle wearing a mask. Common for shady types such as herself, she has a second alias that can be known: Sin'atar d'Kentlar. Tattooed behind her left ear is an ace of hearts that has a single modification (a yellow, upside-down triangle replacing the middle heart on the card). |
