Shard appears to be a young blonde elf, quite youthful.. Although it is indeed difficult to measure such things. However, there are a few things that cast the chance of things being as simple as that into question...

Namely her seeming lack of emotion. Very rarely does Shard ever seem to become overly worked up about something, either positively or negatively. It can be somewhat creepy at times.Another problem is the fact that she appears to have a feline tail! Okay, maybe that's abigger giveaway than her lack of social skills.

The biggest problem, however, is that Shard herself is quite tight-lipped about her origin. But rest assured, she knows it well enough.
