There are many kinds of god, and many forms of religion.

Some come into power by sheer force of effort, becoming immortal, gaining power by machine or magic. Those are elevated beyond what they used to be, and are known as the Ascended.

Some are born before time even exists, and they have existed, or have always existed, or were the first to ever exist. Their power is unknowable, their actions inconcievable, their minds impossible. They are known as the Endless.

Lastly, are those gods that are born to truly be gods. Those born to exemplify a belief, and guide people towards it. Their flesh, malleable by the thoughts of those that serve them. Their power, bolstered only by those that pray to them. In all respects, these gods only feed off the power of belief and prayer, as well as sacrifice- that one force serving as weapon, defense and lifeblood in one.

These are the Created. Symbiotes and parasites, they cannot exist without their power- and without them, the generators of that power live in squalor. Moravelle, the Dead Goddess of Chaos is one such creature- one such deity- and she is dead no longer.

While she has not regained the power she once had, she is nevertheless considered equal to a strong sorcerer, with a willpower unmatched by many and a mastery of arcane force that bears few equals. And from here, she can only rise.

VOICE OF COMMAND- Like Charm Person, this causes a person or creature to take an act dictated by the speaker. Unlike Charm Person, the victim remains knowing of their normal unwillingness to undertake this act, even though they are helpless to refuse it. DC 42 vs. Will.
