An apparent human by all accounts, perhaps 25 or 26 years of age--his appearance unassuming, yet something about him seems slightly... off.

The man's dark hair is long and shaggy, some of it haphazardly tied back while the rest hangs around his face. It's a stark contrast to his pale complexion, one that suggests the man spends far too much time indoors, leaving him with an almost sickly pallor.

He might be called handsome, though only in the noble, wispy fashion of a scholar. His eyes--such a dark brown that they almost seem black--are heavily hooded, glazed over as they stare at the world with detachment. A long nose oversees his thin lips, always caught in an impassive line.

At about 5'7, he is of average height, with a thinner and more wiry build than the norm. Though he's no twig, he shares none of the brawn a normal warrior would have.

His garments suggest memories of long-lost wealth--clearly well-tailored, but so old and dusty that they seem to be nearly antiques. A perpetual dusty scent surrounds him, hinting at the faint smell of decay.

When he speaks, it's always in a low near-monotone, each word rolling off his tongue slowly, but his refined accent offsets his drawling speech somewhat.

Though he eyes most of his surroundings with passive distaste--every time something remotely undead in appearance passes by, he'll openly stare at them, visibly fascinated or at the very least, intrigued.

Ghislain is primarily a story-focused character--so plots, long-term relationships, friendships, and dark narratives are preferred.

ERP is definitely an option (and enjoyed), but likely only in a developed relationship, or if plot circumstances lead to it.
