Likely to be one of the more strange denizens of Sinfar, this creature is pale, her skin cool to the touch.  Anyone might label her as undead, though she certainly doesn't look it.  More akin to a vampire than anything.  

Not all vampires drink blood.  Some, the fluid surrounding the brain.  Others, marrow.  Some, more disturbing bodily fluids.  This one ate something else.

Semen.

Unlucky to be bitten by that vampire, to be certain, though not as unlucky as the one who frequents toilets.
