A humaniod with feline traits is certainly the short way of describing Sedna. The longer description, is that she is mostly humanoid except for a tail, detrigrade legs and cat ears. From a distance, she would appear to have light brown skin, like kicked up dust, although on closer inspection it is actually very short fur.  This would also abruptly end around her forearms and knees, everything below them being inky black like her hair and tail.  Her left eye would be smoky green coloration, while the right would be a light blue, with a face that was abit on the sharp side.
