His ears look slightly pointy.

He seems a touch off.
It doesn't help that he seems to have social skills that are comparable to a general run-of-the-mill rock.

It's also very hard to get a read on him...

Although, it seems that the... interesting conversations he engages in with himself from time to time may help with that particular endeavor.
