A stunted, scaly abberation, this creature skitters about with little purpose and looks a bit worse than lost. Paranoia flickers in its inhuman eyes, speech reduced to shrill, watery vociferations. Tattered scrap armor hangs loosely on its hunched form and the creature seems extremely fond of what appears to be its prized possession: a briny, barnacle encrusted greataxe.
