Description
Name: Kh' Avera' Nex
Translated Name: Of Star and Moon
Nickname: Star
Race: Wjui' Aru' Na
Height: 6' 11"
Weight: 253 Lbs

At a glance, this creature is strange and alien, though mammalian in nature, standing well above the average crowd. It's lithe hunter's body is covered in a thick, silvery fur, with streaks of neon blue dancing across it's arms and back, a thick mane of silvery-blue hair extending from it's head down to it's tail, a pair of canine-like ears poking from the scragly curled locks. It's form seems neither masculine nor femenine, instead seeming to lay somewhere in-between, it's voice much the same. Quite unusual to the standard creature, the being bears massive leathers wings, an additional tail, and a few other small oddities, such as it's slightly over-large armored arms, and those brilliant, almost gemstone colored purple eyes. The inquisitive creature can often be found exploring it's surroundings, and gettings a closer look at unusual beings and objects. It speaks in a soft tone, pronouncing each syllable of a word precisely, as if Common were a relatively new language to it. It would be worth noting that the creature seemed to shed no notable shadow.

Laying below pointed, almost canine ears lay a thick mane of silvery-blue hair, the thick mane brought into dozens of braids, and extending down along the creature's spine and it's tails. Tied into it's hair are dozens of unusual little beads and charms, much like jewelry. Set into it's ears are several small silver studs, creating a sort of ladder up along the edge of the back of each ear. The creature's visage itself was comprised of a generally feline-like face, with a thick, blunted muzzle, only small slits marking it's nose, sharp white teeth laying within, as well as a long blue tongue, stretching out to nearly a foot in length, coming to a defined point. Laying above were a set of eyes, set forward in a predatory style, each slitted much like a cat's, with a soft purple tone, much like a flower's petals.

As one's gaze lowers, it would come across the creature's neck, around which was a simple leather cord, bearing a single pendant, a gear with a glass eye set into the hole in the center. This pendant hung between two modest breasts, roughly a low C-cup in size, usually covered with simple garb. As one's gaze would continue, it would soon enough come to the creature's arms, which seemed to be covered in plated armor from the shoulder down. Closer inspection betrayed the truth, as a soft glow came from below the plates, and often she could be seen using dozens of devices built into the arms themselves. In combat, the plates on the arms would extend outwards into a pair of pseudo-shields, revealing the intricate machinery, and the tubs that bore some sort of glowing blue liquid to various parts of the limb. The limbs seemed just a bit too large for it, with slightly exageratedly large hands, each bearing only three fingers and a thumb. On continued examination, there would be some unusualness to the creature's back, normal save for two rounded lumps just below the creature's shoulderblades, with a tiny, almost imperceptible slit at the top of the strange lumps. Set a bit to the side of the creature's spine would extend a set of massive leathery dragon-like wings, each decorated with patterns of neon-blue. The wings looked functional, though it was hard to tell if they actually were.

As one would continue their examination, soon the creature's tails would come under examination, each long and apparently prehensile, but thick and strong enough to hang from. Near the end of the creature's tails, along the bottom, were strange pad-like surfaces, lacking any fur. Gaze travelling more, it would finally come down between the creature's legs, where lay no visible gender-marking signs visible through it's thick fur. The strange creature had long, muscular legs below that, with a defined digitigrade shape, each foot bearing three long toes, and a long, opposable duclaw.

If one were to spend too much time around the creature, they would slowly begin to realize a sort of soft tingling feeling, almost like static curling through one's hair, and eventually they would begin to feel ill with prolonged hours of exposure.

Unusual Abilities and Traits (If you don't want affected by any of Star's unusual abilities then it's probably best you don't roleplay heavily with it.) (As a side-note, this section may seem extensive and a bit overwhelming. The setting that Star is from accents special abilities more heavily than normal D&D. Star is of about the same power level as a Druid or Cleric from D&D. Star will gain more of these talents as it progresses in ability, and some may behave a bit more differently depending on Star's level.)

Aura of Change: Should, by some freak circumstance, a creature be in such prolonged proximity with Star as to be affected by the mutagenic energy surrounding it, the creature would be subject to a Fortitude saving throw to prevent a rapid mutation from happening. This effect is only applicable to creatures that are near Star for extended periods of time (8 Hours+) or those who are intimate with it. (This is not emulated, and will only be role-played. The DC will be calculated according to Star's current level.)

Breath of Change: With some arcane talent, Star is capable of breathing out a thick cloud of mutagenic mist, which changes across the color spectrum. This cloud lingers for 5 rounds, and any creature that's caught inside of it or moves through it must succeed on a Fortitude saving throw or be subject to rapid mutations. The result is completely random, and this effect does not affect Elementals, Fey, or Outsiders. (This is not emulated, and will only be role-played. The DC wil be calculated according to Star's current level.)

Champion's Banner: As a Champion of it's god, Star is capable of raising a spiritual banner, granting some bonuses to allies around it (This is emulated with the Bard Song class feature).

Changebringer: As a Champion of Evolution, Star is capable of bringing rapid mutations upon others with just a touch. The result is completely random, and out of the control of both parties. A successful Fortitude saving throw negates the change, and the change does not affect Elementals, Fey, or Outsiders. (This is not emulated, and will only be role-played. The DC will be calculated according to Star's current level.)

Guardian Angel: Star can choose a ward, which benefits from it's protection. This ward is granted a +1 Deflection bonus to Armor Class, and if Star is adjacent to it's ward it can interpose itself and take an attack for it. (This is not emulated.)

Perfect Adaptation: Once per day per level, the Wjui can gain a +2 Perfection bonus to any one statistic for one round per level. (This is not emulated, and will only be role-played.)

Senses: Star has Low-Light Vision, Darkvision 60 Feet, and the Scent ability. (This is emulated with a high Listen skill.)

(A side note about Star's mutations. The mutations are rarely actually harmful, and can range wildly. If you do not feel comfortable with the risk of being changed, heavy roleplay with Star is not recommended. This includes hostile confrontations. All changes can be removed with a Lesser Restoration or better spell.)
