Her voice sounds like a cute female kobold, her mannerisms are very much like one, though she sports an interesting set of wings and tail, obviously grafted onto her thin, lithe form.  This girl is scaleless except for her feet, which look like something out of a halfling horror story.  They are scaley and furry, bright blue fur ensorcelling the large harpy-like toe-claws. The rest of her is blue, long blue hair that matches her fuzzy feet extends down to the middle of her waist when let down. Oh yes boobs, how could I ever forget the boobs, she has very small boobs, I'm sorry.  Just enough to say 'hey I'm not a boy!' and little else.
