What you see on the surface:

Skin: Clammy, Aqua
Hair: Silver, shoulder length and usually wet
Eyes: Turquoise, deep
Figure: Long legs, slender neck, wiry arms and waist
Bust: 34B

Something deeper:

     The blue woman in question was a tall, slender beauty, possessing a certain tranquilly which served to hide whatever emotion was running beneath its surface. A gentle smile and a meek, unassuming demeanour would almost give most a reason to pass her by without a second thought. But there was something special about this creature; that overly clammy blue skin, the way the air felt about her was just strange, the moisture hung about the air very discernibly, as if the skies above were about to open up and pour, and those pools of turquoise colour that were often seen focusing on a specific task at most times. The elemental being was a scholar, this was quite apparent to most as they would often see her with her face buried into one book or another, and boasting the meek behaviour of one who spends far too much time in a library.
