This is just a scrawny, little kitty. Black, meticulously cleaned and soft fur indicate that someone must have gone through the trouble of bathing it recently.

Yellow, alert eyes seem to always lock on the nearest rat or mouse, even if they are humanoid ones. There seems to be a hint of mischief to them most housecats don't quite manage.
