A roguish almost Irish accent, a quick smile and a sharp blade might be the only thing one remembers about Quintus, except maybe the bright red coat...

Its his blue eyes that some times confuse people IF they look very close (most don't).. the Blue seems to shift shades with his mood...  

Angry- Dark Blue, almost black
Calm- A soft blue like a sky after a storm
Confused- A grey mist seems to cloud them
Happy- A very bright and lustrous Blue
Mysterious- A soft pale blue like a bright moon

Quin is a Selûnite cleric and a sailor (navigator, surgeon and shipwright, primarily, but can handle anything on a ship with ease).. he is very close to the sea, and it reflects in one part of him (he sees it as a sign of his devotion to his goddess)
