She is an exact copy of Eva D'nirn, varying only in hue, hair style and accessories. These visual deviations from the original are largely by design, as Lacy's icy tint serves to distinguish the two from each other. Frost is a big theme in general. Blessed is the girl who thrives on ice cream, who can sustain herself on frozen pizza or a bare stride in the coldest of winters. Lacy will never know the agonizing fifteen minute wait that comes with preheating an oven. Lacy does not get hurt, she gets damaged. When she is cut, she needs repairs at an expensive laboratory. Despite her superficial nature she is a fully functioning, normal being of Elf-like appearance. This tall, chubby beauty walks the lands fully aware of her origins and limitations, all of which she's chosen to embrace as part of her identity.
