Valignatir always has a constant smell of fresh rain about him, and is prone to wearing soothing blue colors, complimenting his scales. There is a symbol of Istishia located on his largest pauldron (when donning it), perhaps explaining his inclination to wearing blue colors, in relation to the coolness and depth of water itself. Each of his four small horns (approximately two inches in length) bear metallic blue paint with intricate swirl patterns and draconic runes that translate into "Unity" and "Strength" respectively; each painted with such delicate care that it is clear that the kobold is in command of a pair of steady claws.
