The boisterous man standing before you would be Joseph Mars, simply known by most as Joey. Like many others, he was a foreigner to these lands. How ever, it would seem that this was his new and permanent home.

The man appeared to be older than the freshest adventurers, having just reached his thirtieth year of age. His eyes held a some what worn look, though there was still a spark of wild energy within them.

Weighing in at 190 pounds and standing at 6'0" exactly, his build was a warrior's. The man's arms and upper body were large and musclebound, fit for combat. The rest of his body was athletic, kept strong from hours of stress and conditioning. His features were masculine and chiseled, with a strong jawline and powerful build.

Dark skin was marked by a series of scars, leaving raised and lighter toned flesh on both the arms and chest; obviously left behind from contact with blades. White tattoos circled his arms, legs, and back. They were almost rune like, though tribal in origin.

Joseph's dark brown eyes scanned his surroundings with scrutiny, observing the area for hidden dangers. He seemed tense in public settings, as if everyone around him were a potential threat. Despite this, the man acted as if everything were fine.

A golden ring was hung from the septum of his slightly upturned nose, resting just above thick snake - bitten lips which also held two golden rings. Occasionally, a studded tongue rolled over these two piercings. Both ears were pierced as well, golden studs in either lobe.

He usually held a smile; revealing teeth with just the smallest gaps between them. It seemed that in most situations he was content, able to find at least a bit of joy or happiness.

It seemed that there was a constant aroma of tobacco clinging to the air around this man. This was only masked by other smokey smells, including the recent burning of incense.

Despite his appearance, often ink stained finger tips hinted at more scholarly pursuits.
