Since the lights system is cluttered with rules, let it simply be said that 'no' means no, Nessa's player enjoys a firm grasp of the English language in RP partners, the ability to seperate between IC and OOC and, last but not least, I reserve the right to terminate any interaction I find not up to my standards.
