Gender: 100% Man
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 255 lbs. (Largely due to Muscle Mass)

Orientation: Straight? Bisexual? It depends on his mood. Though he does prefer his lovers to have -one- set of genitalia down below. None of that mix and match crap.

Distinguishing Marks:

~There is a spot on his chest stitched closed directly where his heart should be. The wound never seems to heal however the only thing holding it closed is the stitching.

~Many piercings adorn his face.

General Description: Tall and broad of shoulder and chest, He seems to be a wall of thick compact muscle. Though he still often remains largely concealed, when he isn't his flesh bears a sickly pallid complexion. His features are rough though handsome in their way, chiseled and strong. A pair of dark sockets house the mans critical and judgemental gaze beneath the shadows of a deeply brooding brow.

He prefers to say little, speaking only when needed, though when he does his voice is a deep rumble of sound. He prefers to keep largely to himself most times though now and then he'll escape the confines of whatever place he's chosen to hide away in to watch the locals.

Character notes:

~Pulled early from his state of torpor Nate has returned as something beyond his previously vampiric nature. He has returned as a Pandoran.

~Pandorans are creatures spawned when a Promethean's creation rite goes horribly wrong. Instead of creating a whole Promethean, the process transforms pieces of the reassembled corpse into small living creatures of a variety of shapes and abilities. Nate, however, is unique, in that he retained his entire form as one functioning unit ...for the most part.

~Nate no longer feeds on blood, instead he feeds upon flesh, preferably seared Promethean flesh but any will do in a pinch.

~ An invisible aura surrounds him at all times called the Disquiet. Disquiet is the name given by Prometheans to the invisible aura they emit which causes humans, animals, and even the land itself to reject them. To a Promethean, it feels as if the whole world has renounced them. Disquiet has a deleterious effect on the natural world, and is the chief cause of a Promethean's estrangement from mortals.

~Stages of Disquiet:

-Disquiet may manifest itself subtly at first, but the longer a Promethean stays in an area, the stronger and more dangerous its effects become. Eventually, a Promethean is forced to move on, either by the community, the land, or a combination of factors; those who don't usually end up destroyed at the hands of mortals. Disquiet tends to affect things in stages.

First stage: Also called the dream stage, the Disquiet affects the dreams and subconscious of mortals who have come into contact with the Promethean. A mortal does not have to remember the dreams to be affected by them; the lack of restful sleep they get is usually enough to wear them down.

Second stage: The fantasy stage, dreams begin to intrude into the daytime hours. Anytime a mortal has contact with the Promethean, they slip into an unsettling fantasy about them. Many mortals become troubled or embarrassed about these distractions from everyday life.

Third stage: The impulse stage, a mortal must now resist attempts to act on their troubled thoughts. Many times, their feelings of frustration and unease come out on the Promethean in small actions.

Fourth stage: The final stage, the driven stage, finds the mortal acting out on the ideas the Disquiet has placed in them. At this stage, the Disquiet becomes easy to spread to other mortals, and in short order, tragedy results for the Promethean as the entire community turns against it. This is also the only stage where feelings of anger and hatred do not degrade with lessened contact; the only way for the person to get rid of their feelings is to destroy the Promethean.

The only request I have is that anything permanent (including death) be discussed with me first. I'm not gonna let my toon be perma-killed over an argument over a piece of gum. if ya get my drift.
