Yes, she is a Vampire. But, while in her disguised Human form you won't be able to know she is one unless you send me a tell with a "Detect Undead" check.
Ofcourse, if she's in her true Vamp form you'll be able to see/detect without hassle.

~Human Form~
This Arcanist would seem a rather bookish woman, perhaps shy on occasion. She's quiet, and not always willing to speak first.

Her eyes are a gentle blue, always baring a soft calculating gaze. Lips of bloodred lipstick set in a gentle smile. Her face is slightly rounded, with a small nose and plump cheeks, surrounded by a tumble of brown hair.

Standing about five and a half foot tall, she'd not seem very special. A nicely plump figure, not skinny or toned. Skin of a simple and faintly tanned colour.
Her shoulders are a little broad, with chunky arms leanding down to dexterous and agile fingers. She's a Mage by proffession, so her hands may be skilled at a great many things.
Her torso sets a nice plump chest to her figure, bussom balooning out against whatever she might be wearing at that moment. Thick perky nipple poking against fabric in a slightl lewd fashion.
Her body below is just as plump as the rest of her figure, she has no hourglass shape but there are certainly curves there to apprieciate. Her belly sticks out a little with a few chubby rolls, in the middle her inny bellybutton squished down against itself.
Her hips flare out somewhat, giving delightful holds or perchase for hands to take her. Behind her bubblebutt stick out a bit, cheeks grinding in whatever leggings or dress she wears, it always looks a bit big.
Her legs are long and smooth, with thick and chunky thighs that are faar to big to get your hands around, but they are deliciously soft and squishy. She's quick on her feet, dispite her weight, and it shows with her legs. Even with her chunky build you'll still be able to feel her dense muscle under that chunky layer of fat, if you ever got the chance to touch.
With that touch, you'd also find heat. She has a perfectly normal Human body temperature on contact, kept in check by her arcanist magic to help keep the illusion of her 'life'.

One notable thing, would be on her left hand. A gauntlet, seemingly fused into her flech made of a red metal. If you saw her palm then you'd see a deep red ruby set into it, supported by the plating of the gautlet. Her fingertip taper into sharp metal claws. This is some kind of magical device, pivotal in her spellcasting, the details are somewhat vague however as she keeps the thing shrouded in a spell to prevent prying eyes.


~Vampire Form~
Her Vampire form would be much the same as her Human Form, apart from a ver very notable differances.
Her hair grows longer, taking on a deep blood-red colour, becomming soft and smooth to the touch. Her eyes as well, filter from the blue hue and turn dark, red like her hair and lips.
An open mouth would reveal her sharp fangs, grown longer in the canine where her Humanform would have them hidden.
Her skin takes on a much paler and deathly colour, looking very anemic and ill (well, she -is- dead). And speaking of dead, she looses her heated spell as well, her skin turning ice cold to the touch.
Her plump figure stays the same, with her heavy chest and flaring hips and butt. One major change would be from her back, a large pair of blood-red feathered wings sprout from between her shoulders now. Feathers soft and delicate, gentle to the touch.

She still has that Blood-red metal gauntlet though, never seen without it no matter the form.


~Altering forms~
Being an Arcanist she may well use various polymorph spell to change her appearance, either for fun or for much more hostile uses. However, no matter what form she's in she will -always- have that metal gauntlet (Even if she's Polymorphed into a Dragon).
And any abilities from having that gauntlet (RPed ones) will be able to carry to all her forms.
