    -- Racial Description --

In dreary slums and dockside ghettos the dregs of society escape the tedium of their humdrum labors with the telling of fantastic stories of fae unlike their majestic and graceful kin.  Exiled from the sun lit glades of Arcadia for some untold indiscretion, this race of diminutive sprites nest in the gutted husks
of dilapidated buildings and loiter in filth-choked alleyways.  They ply the streetcrafts most common in a city's underbelly with such otherworldly finesse
as to be among the chief-most kingpins and procurers in their respective territories.  



    -- Physical Characteristics --

A waif who appears as though he materialized from a heap of flotsam with his tawny skin stretched taut over a willowy frame. He seems to care little of his appearance as evidenced by his torn outfit spotted with ragged patches. His face seems possessed of an almost preternatural beauty that hides itself coyly beneath a thin layer of soot.   The perfume of salt air accompanies this youth, giving him the bearing of someone who has spent a life time by the sea.
