Summary: The draconic featured woman stands with redish black scales and a stoic expression. The creatures eyes are an almost luminescent gold contrasting with her jet black mane which often falls over her eyes. The mane extends all the way down her back, past her black feathery wings, to the tip of her tail where it comes to a hairy tuft at the tip. The draconic creatures build is athletic, not necessarily voluptous, yet still with curves. The woman has the number 10 carved into her face just below her left eye, a permanent nasty scar inflicted long ago. Gold tattoo's wind around her body in intricate tribal patterns. The tattoo's on her back depict a battle between three humanoid figures with spear and a giant snake creature, the tattoo's on her arms depict a great feast with serpents head amongst the dishes. Finally, the tattoo on Noira's stomach depicts one of the figures transforming into a serpent themselves hinting that the cycle will repeat.
