Age: Old enough to know how to do his job quietly.

IC Powers:
Thrall-Maker
This ability can only be used on the willing, or if he succeeds on a DC roll equal to the players level + will save roll. If he succeeds, then they become a Thrall. Thralls are a vampires personal servents. They can't resist but to do as they're bid by Beldur.

Shadow Spy
Shadow Spy can only work if their shadows cross at least once. The spy can only show what the shadow's sees. If it is covered by another shadow or in a dark room, the vision is enhanced but the spy doesn't transfer to the overlapping shadows.

Hypno-eyes
This ability works sorta like a temporary charm person spell. It works on any intelligent life form with a DC of the players level only.

Mist Form
This only works when he isn't wearing heavy armor. It allows him to hide from the views of those who are trying to find him. If he wears armor while in mist form it will look like he's a floating suit of it.
