Your better judgment and racial knowledge leads you to believe that Embri is an efreet--a genie who hails from the plane of Fire. However, her features seem more infernal than those of her kind, and while she is capable of granting wishes, she rarely seems to do so. Oddly practical for her kind, her fiery wrath knows no limitation when she is angered.
On more detailed inspection, it would appear that the Efreet--if she even is one--shows a few signs that she is a slave or servant to something more powerful, or perhaps far weaker. How she came to be bound to someone else is a mystery, but the runic bracers and the golden circlet around her neck seem to be more than decorum. |
