---PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION---
Standing roughly five feet tall, this monstrous creature is covered in slimy-looking, dull grayish-green scaled skin, marked by darkened stripes that cover the back of his neck, torso and backside.

While its body is humanoid in shape, its head is a different matter. Best described as a mix between that of a frog and a fish, it sports two bulging unblinking pale yellow eyes with horizontal pupils. A wide lipless maw stretches across its face, filled with dagger-like teeth. From the sides of its head where its ears would normally be sprout two webbed, fin-like protrusions, with a third sprouting from the back of its head.

The creature's torso is rather long in comparison with rest of its stout physique. Its chest and rather prominent paunch are lighter colored in comparison to the rest of its body. Its arms are long and slender, reaching almost down to the creature's knees and ending in clawed, long-fingered, webbed hands, resembling those of a frog.

The creature's lower body is somewhat digitigrade legs, while stout, look perfectly built for swimming. Like its hands, its feet are webbed and amphibian-like.

The creature wears little in terms of clothing, but what it does wear is rather ornate in contrast to its appearance. Adorning its waist is a well-kept black loincloth with golden embroidery along the edges. Adorning the center is a symbol resembling a circular fanged maw with six spiraling tentacles surrounding it. A curved dagger rests in a sheath tied to the belt of its loincloth, as do several small pouches. Around its neck is an amulet consisting of a golden disk bearing an etching of the same symbol found on its loincloth.
