Balancing a fine racial line, Astraea is often mistaken for a pure-blooded moon elf or drow by humans, though rarely is such a mistake made by any actually belonging to either. In the eyes of the human, the delicate, pointed tips of her ears would be testimony enough, though the short and lithe stature, almond-shaped eyes and chiseled features have not helped banish the misconception thus far. In truth, she was a half-bred little thing. Somewhat reminiscent of a ruffled ferret or perhaps a disgruntled pixie, the youth's hair was a dusky silver, worn in a utilitarian manner and cropped short with some strands dancing into her face without interfering overly much with her good eye. Ah - there's that. The detail one immediately notice when looking into the devious mongrel's unblemished features; a black eye patch constantly covers her left eye. Perhaps that's why she often looks so alert an attentive with her good eye, a navy blue in color, darts around to take little sips of the surroundings and its inhabitants. The spry of eye will before long have noted the old scar slanting down from her right temple and across her cheekbone, ending mid-peak, the slash done by a small blade of sorts. They might also notice the numerous prisonmarks that practically cover the female's slender arms and likely other, unseen parts of her as well.
