This is Godisma, a blue skinned Guardinal, belonging to the original Five Guardinals (according to the legend, it was never proved anyhow).

She relies all her prowess into the power of her fists, being able to ravage numerous opponents.

Despite being godlike, the Five Guardinals are mortal, thus they can die like any creature.
