No Herms or females. A Hin, Halfling, Gnome, etc, should have the appearance of an adult physically. A male with a ridiculously huge penis and / or who thinks "bottoming out" and slamming his penis against a cervix is going to please or arouse the female is ignorant of female anatomy and what is painful rather than pleasurable. In fact, any Player Role Playing a male with those attributes is quite probably a young person with little or no experience with actual sex other than masturbation. A Player Role Playing a female who enjoys males Role Playing like that described in the above paragraph is also probably a young, inexperienced male in Real Life.
