+---Background---+
During the founding era of the circles of hell, there was a great drought period where few sinners were sent to the fiery pits. The solution? Create more demons with a silken tongue to send to the surface of the earth, and create more sinners. Among the thousands of new demons that were bred, Rahezhal was top of the class... so to speak.

He first gained attention from his superiors when he seduced Queen Everett to sin. Legend has it, Rahezhal spread rumor within her kingdom of her husband's adultery, speaking lies into the ears of the nobles, slowly driving the beloved queen to madness. Eventually his words struck the core of her sanity, and she had her lover assassinated. Rahezhal then appeared to her, laughing. When he revealed the subterfuge, the queen was struck with hopelessness. She jumped from a castle tower, killing herself.

Corruptions like this continued, and Rahezhal quickly climbed the ranks of the Sixth Circle of Hersey. Of course, the nature of his accent to power was not well-received to the higher demon lords. They felt their positions of power were constantly at threat, and grew to despise Rahezhal. Eventually, the Marquis drew the last straw, and was framed for crimes against his circle. The ruling Prince had him banished, sent back to the mortal plane as a minor demon, struck of all power.

Now Rahezhal wanders the mortal realm, looking for entertainment. Although he lost most of his powers, he still managed to learn many mortal- and demonic- forms of magic. He has a small arsenal of powers at his disposal, and has little discipline to use them.

Xaxies -+- Usually found at the heel of his master, this feindish hellhound appears to the untrained eye to be a large black doberman, with red eyes and a chain collar.

Detect Good/Evil -+- Rahezhal can visually detect auras of EXTREME good or evil, through both intent and general demeanor.

True Seeing -+- Rahezhal has a minor form of True Seeing. Although he cannot see through higher classes of magical illusions, minor deceptions will likely be caught.

Polymorphed True Form -+- Rahezhal's default "Human" appearance is actually a disguised polymorph that is cast upon himself. His true form is much larger, and more terrifying. If you can pierce this illusion, and wish to know more, send a tell!

Various Magic -+- Rahezhal is obviously a spellcaster, and thus has various magical powers that he may reserve. There's too many to list, but just keep in mind that he's a powerful caster with plenty of magic at his disposal =)
