From the looks of it, this girl is either a tiefling or contains a goodly measure of tiefling blood.  She has broadly humanoid features, looking mostly like a 20 year old woman, save for the red tinge to her skin and the long horns that curve back over the top of her skull, useless for anything except to be gripped.  She has a slender tail at the base of her spine, too.

Aside from her plainly demonic appearance, Jess also comes across as something of a vagabond; not unclean, at least not physically, but somewhat unkempt, almost tomboyish except for the heavy makeup and obvious femininity to her movements.  She is quick on her feet, and stashes more drugs on her person than you'd think were possible for the usual scantiness of her attire.  She's not your baronial type dealer, mind.  She's a low-level pusher, perhaps running her own outfit, but it certaintly isn't a major one.  From the quite spectacular mood swings she is known to have, it's quite possible she's got a bit of a nasty habit from which she just happens to make a little scratch on the side.

At any rate, Jess is an intelligent but unwise mess of a creature.  She has quickness without planning, and lusts without intentions.  The girl has recently arrived in Sinifer, having heard about the city's reputation for depravity, and is scoping the place out not just for her business but also for how much pleasure she can personally squeeze out of it.  If she isn't trying to sell drugs she's probably on them, and if she isn't getting grabbed by a virtual stranger then she's probably trying to find the right stranger.  This is a good town for a lawless little slut to practice her poor behaviour.

And she looks the part for it, too.  She's not enormously tall, at only 5 feet, but her demonic heritage has been more than generous in giving her a bountifully womanly figure, with a tiny, slender waist that flares into large hips and a delightfully sculpted butt.  Her breasts, too, are wonderfully rounded, and quite heavy to boot, bouncing and perky with youth.

She hasn't currently got any tattoos, but knowing what this place is like, that probably won't last long.
