The woman seems to be a little nuts or crazy. Whenever she speaks, it's with the innocence of a celestial's voice and even more of a goody goody choice of words, most of the time. If forced to combat on yet another journey, her battle cry is for the celestial council but not only the strange look in her eyes suggests that she has no real idea what that really is. It's safe to assume that something hit her head in the past... very hard.
