This old, oriental-looking fellow seems somewhat dim-witted and slow of thought. He speaks in a broken, half-foreign accent rife with ill-formed syllables.

What little of his body is seen through the pleats of his tattered clothing is somewhat frail in appearance, perhaps even dessicated.
