There are things unexplained out in the far reaches of the world.  Phenomena that can't be reasonably explained.  That is, unless your willing to roll up your sleeves and figure out how it works.  That is where Zanz comes in.  An engineer by trade, alchemist by night.  Caring less for good and evil, treasure and glory and more about gears, chemicals, nuts, and bolts.  Ever drinking and smoking, he keeps a relatively bad attitude towards all things living.  Its few he calls friends and less he keeps as friends.  Learning that letting his defenses down invites pain, he sticks to his only two real allies in life.  Smoke and Whiskey.  With a smart ass mouth, a bravado that knows no real fear, and a chip on his shoulder.  The Engineer, Zanz Riff, continues his journey through Sinfar.  One step at time.
