Surrah was a thin, emaciated, sickly creature. Her flesh was taut, clenching to bone. Her visage was one of illness and physical misery. She was clearly unwell.

Overall, she was a sick, upright hyena, with typical gnoll coloring and features. Hyena like features. Mane, muzzle, claws, digitigrade legs... But not all things were so normal.

Her head bore two horns, curved backwards. Her eyes lightly glowed, and were a deep blood-red. Her feet cloven, hoofed. Her left arm was thinner, weaker looking, and always hidden behind a wrapping of bandages and cloth. Her left leg--another story altogether.

It was bound in a leg brace. Carefully crafted of metal...No. Carved ironbark. It had grains that gave it away. It was intricately carved, well rounded and smoothed. It had a leather knee guard of some thick leather. Tanned. Stretched over a protective frame. If observed closely, the screws and the hinge-cover were covered in tiny sunbursts.

The hinge itself was solidly made, and carefully constructed to aid standing. Supporting the leg. It would even allow locking one's leg in place. It was a functional piece. But likely worth a fortune.

The other notable piece of gear on her person was a very old, worn collar. A simple dog collar. It had a tag, it bore the name "Snuggles."
