You have seen a doll before. Maybe you have seen one in a shop or maybe you owned one as a child. In any case you must have seen a doll before even if it was owned by someone else. This is a doll just like any other doll with no special quirks and no perversions to speak of. Perhaps it is laying motionless somewhere or propped up against something. It seems to have been left there, like someone forgot it or as if the owner only left for a short while and will come back any moment. It isn't your property so you should not take it. Perhaps it would be best to leave it where it is.
