This elf had a decided cat like look to her. from elongated moble ears, legs and feet that were cat like, Nails that were more claw like. and a tail that swished behind her.
Along her body under peach fuzz langth fur was arcane runes of something, running from neck along arms sides and legs.

(Anyone with arcane magic can tell the runes were of shaping)

Feral Blue eyes with only a touch somedays of  "humanity" more animal then people in that look. and around her neck would be a Broken slave/pet collar bearing a scratched name plate saying only -Blue Eyes-.
